If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please go to "Reservation confirmation/change/cancellation" from the top page of Online Reservation if you made the reservation through this website. In that case, the following cancellation fees will apply.

- The day before: 20% of the total accommodation fee

- Same-day cancellation: 80% of the total accommodation fee
- No-show on the day without notice: 100% of the total accommodation fee

If you have made a reservation, please process it on the My Page of each site.
In that case, cancellation fees according to the cancellation policy listed on each site will be applied.
