How many days in advance can I make a reservation from the website?

As a general rule, reservations must be made from240 days before the date of your stay.
*Reservation start dates may vary depending on the reservation status of each hotel.
*This does not apply in the case of special reservations such as local events and festivals.

I would like to change or cancel my internet reservation.

Please contact the hotel (TEL: 0123-25-5225) or "change/cancel your reservation" on the reservation site.

Can I make a reservation by paying in advance by card?

You can use it when making reservations from your computer or smartphone.

Is there a child price?

If a single person uses a bed in a guest room, the standard rate will be charged, but there is no additional charge if a child of elementary school age or younger uses the same bed as a parent. (Children under elementary school age are free of charge when sleeping together)

What is the charge for extending check-out time?

If you check out after the check-out time (10:00 AM), you will be charged 1,000 yen (tax included) per hour. You cannot use the service for more than 3 hours.

Can I reserve parking?

Please contact us in advance as the number of parking spaces is limited.
If you inquire about the availability of nearby parking lots that can accommodate your request, we will answer your questions.

I would like to stay in your room and work during the daytime during a consecutive stay.Will there be an additional charge?

For consecutive nights, you can use the room from 10:00 to 15:00 on days other than the day of arrival and departure. (However, this excludes guest room cleaning time.)
There is no additional charge. If you are staying during the day and do not need cleaning, please contact the front desk.

What payment methods do you accept?

In addition to cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club), QR code payments (Wechatpay, dPayment, PayPay, Merpay, auPAY, Rakuten Pay)・Bank Pay・JKOPAY ・Alipay+ [Alipay, Alipay Hong Kong, kakaopay, EZ-LINK, Touch'n Go, GCash, TrueMoney]). (As of 2023.8.10)

Do you have pajamas?

Nightwear (separate top and bottom) is available.
Please note that we do not provide nightwear for children.

Do you have an extra bed?

We are sorry, but we do not have one available.

I have a baby who needs milk. Can I boil water in my room?

A pot is available in all rooms.

Can I use the internet in the hotel?

Wi-Fi connectivity is available in all guest rooms.

Can I order pizza or other food delivered to my room?

You can use food delivery services such as nearby restaurants, Uber Eats, and delivery halls.
The delivery company will deliver the package directly to your room, so please be careful to enter the correct address and room number.

Do I have to leave my room key at the front desk when I go out?

There is no need to leave it with us, so please manage it yourself.
If you lose your item, please notify the front desk.

What happens if I lose my room key?

If you have lost your room key, please notify the front staff.
If you lose your key, we will replace the key for you and will charge you 3,000 yen (excluding consumption tax).

Do you have an AED?

The hotel is equipped with one, so in case of an emergency, please contact hotel staff or the front desk.

Can I check in early?

Early check-in may not be possible depending on the cleaning situation on the day.
We will check the details from time to time, so please inform the front desk (TEL: 0123-25-5225) of your name and expected time of arrival on the day of your stay.
Please note that early check-in before 11:00 will be charged an additional fee for the previous night's stay.
